Penthouse 6
A classic Manhattan penthouse renovated to be more open and adaptable to the client’s varied lifestyle. Walls between the two-story Great Room and the relocated kitchen and primary bedroom were opened to connect the spaces to each other and to views of the Chrysler Building and the dynamic architecture of New York’s east side. Sliding panels and multi-fold doors were detailed to evoke the classic steel and glass windows of the historic structure. Venetian plaster walls, crystal chandeliers, and glass and chrome details reflect the ever-changing light that pours through the double-height windows. Modern and comfortable for daily living, the space can quickly transform into the hottest club in town, with color-changing lights in the coffered ceiling, and a stainless steel hot tub on the expansive roof terrace.
